Job summary

Elios Healthcare's outpatient surgery center in mid to lower Manhattan is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced ENT and ophthalmology–focused team.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no holidays, and a predictable surgical calendar known two weeks in advance; collaboration and supportive leadership are emphasized, with a culture of teamwork and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience, preferably in outpatient/ambulatory surgery center.
• ENT and/or ophthalmology experience preferred; broader OR experience is welcome.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment and focused on high-quality patient care.
• Circulation duties; Surg Techs on staff, so you will circulate.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the OR as part of a dedicated ASC team.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and tech staff to ensure efficient case flow.
• Provide safe, compassionate patient care before, during and after procedures.
