Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing intake and payments, crisis response with CPI techniques, and cross-team collaboration to improve clinic efficiency. A valid CO license and CPR/First Aid may be required at some locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or client-facing role.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations is preferred.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients, staff, partners and vendors.
• Greet clients, assist with intake, collect payments as needed.
• Initiate crisis response protocols and participate in triage processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical and operations teams to improve workflows.
• Verify insurance coverage and apply benefits to patient accounts.
• Communicate via email, phone, EMR, and in person with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding through shadowing and training of new staff.
