Job summary

Job Juncture in Maryland seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments. This NP will provide outpatient care with physicians, learn theranostics, and manage patients through their treatment journey; prior radiopharmaceutical experience not required.

Eligible candidates have Maryland NP license and 5+ years in outpatient oncology, with strong

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians.
• Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology NP care under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Participate in training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Monitor patients through treatment, labs, imaging, and response assessments.
• Educate patients and families and address questions and concerns.
