Job summary

Mercy Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Outpatient Chemotherapy Infusion Clinic. The role focuses on adult oncology patients across breast, GYN, and neuroendocrine tumors, delivering evidence-based care and supporting the care team. The position is 80 hours biweekly, days, with no weekends.

You will join a dedicated team in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values professional growth and ongoing oncology nursing education.

Qualifications

• RN License valid in Maryland and board-eligible.
• BSN preferred for outpatient oncology role.
• Maintain 20 contact hours annually, at least 50% clinically focused.
• Minimum 1 year of current clinical experience.
• CPR/BLS required at hire.
• Oncology certifications encouraged within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, high-quality care for adult Oncology patients in outpatient infusion.
• Perform patient assessment and treatment in breast, GYN, and neuroendocrine tumors.
• Serve as a resource to other team members and collaborate with the care team.

Oncology nursing experience
