Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to evaluate, assess, and plan nutrition care for adult oncology outpatients at the Elliot Hospital, delivering individualized nutrition care and education.

You will communicate recommendations through medical records and lead education programs for patients and staff, while staying current on the latest oncology nutrition research and cancer prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• RD registration with the State of New Hampshire and ADA certification.
• Excellent clinical documentation and EMR experience.
• Experience with cancer patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive nutrition assessments for adult oncology outpatients.
• Provides nutrition information to staff, physicians, students, and community.
• Educates patients through individual and group programs.
• Maintains knowledge on oncology nutrition and cancer prevention in practice.
