SolutionHealth is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to evaluate, assess, and plan nutrition care for adult oncology outpatients at the Elliot Hospital, delivering individualized nutrition care and education.
You will communicate recommendations through medical records and lead education programs for patients and staff, while staying current on the latest oncology nutrition research and cancer prevention.

Evaluates, assesses, and plans clinical nutrition care specific to adult outpatients with cancer. Provides nutritional information to staff, physicians, students, and the community individually and through group programs.
Completes comprehensive nutrition assessments in accordance with licensure, scope of training and specialty and organizational standards Clearly communicates recommendations to the patient and clinical team through medical record documentation and other communication mechanisms Conducts patient and community education programs and support group presentations related to nutrition and cancer Researches and maintains knowledge base for latest developments in nutrition for oncology patients and for cancer prevention
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, Required Major course of study in human nutrition, nutrition education, food and nutrition, dietetics, public health nutrition, or food systems management Previous experience in a clinical setting with some cancer patients, Required Registration with the American Dietetic Association, and RD registration with the State of New Hampshire, Required Excellent clinical documentation, and successful usage of EMR systems, Preferred
