Job summary

Hunter Recruiting is seeking a Clinical Dietician- Oncology to contribute to quality patient care at the cancer center. The role involves nutrition assessment, disease-specific diet formulation, and counseling across the cancer continuum.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide evidence-based nutrition care, and support symptom management and survivorship goals. A Master's degree and Georgia RD licensure are required, with CSO optional within three years of employment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nutrition or related field required; registered RD.
• Licensed by the State of Georgia as a Licensed Dietitian.
• Must obtain Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition within three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for oncology patients.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients undergoing chemo, immunotherapy, and other treatments.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on nutrition before, during, and after treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in tumor boards and conferences.
• Document assessments, plan and outcomes in the medical record.
