Sequoia Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide outpatient therapy in senior living communities in Florida. You will work under the direction of a licensed OT, supporting residents’ daily living, mobility, and fine motor goals with hands-on therapies.

The role emphasizes documenting progress, coordinating with care teams, and educating residents and caregivers on therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• OTA program accredited (associates).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• CPR certification as required by facility or state.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
