Sequoia Care in Lakeland, FL is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide outpatient therapy under the supervision of an OT. This full-time, on-site role focuses on senior living communities.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, educate residents and caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
• CPR certification as required by regulations.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
