Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy Day Institute is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation program in O’Fallon, IL. IL and MO licensure are required.

This PRN role offers a tier II compensation at $45/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm) with 60+ hours per month. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of occupational therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
