Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient rehabilitation program. The role offers a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

The position supports neurological and medically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and provides opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, residency programs, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
