Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in our outpatient rehabilitation program in O'Fallon, IL. The role requires IL license and offers the opportunity to provide high-quality OT services within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management and maintain strong relations with facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT);IL and MO license required

Location: O'Fallon, IL

Type of Employment: PRN

Compensation: Tier II $45/hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm; 60+ shift hours per month

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of occupational therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Occupational Therapist required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
