Select Medical in Atlanta is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic team. The role is based at 855 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1B, Viewpoint Atlanta, GA 30308, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting salary of $80,000, pending experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• State OT license (or eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and apply evidence-based practice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and centers; interact with patients.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to set objectives, frequency, and duration of therapy.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in design/implementation of new programs per HIPAA guidelines and manager approval.
• Lead and supervise OT care within state/federal rules.
• Provide personalized, comprehensive treatment plans and timely documentation.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy

State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)

CPR certification

Valid state driver’s license
