Innovative Therapy Concepts in Macon, GA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedics at Ortho Georgia. The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse caseload, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand diagnoses, fabricating custom splints, and coordinating care with physicians and the Orthotist.

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews physician's referral and patient records to determine OT treatment.
• Tests and measures strength, ROM, sensory perception, functional capacity, and records findings.
• Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data.
• Administers manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function.
• Evaluates and adjusts prosthetic and orthotic devices with Orthotist.
