Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document in EMR.
• Review and update medication lists in EMR.
• Complete referrals and track patient compliance.
• Review prescriptions and submit to providers.
• Obtain patient consent for procedures.
• Pre-visit planning and review of quality metrics.
• Educate patients on medications and home care.
• Maintain proper labeling and handling of specimens.
• Communicate effectively via EMR and participate in daily huddles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
