Corewell Health Endoscopy Center - Patterson, operated by Atlas Healthcare Partners, seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee patient care, education, safety and quality. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, the center provides five endoscopy rooms and collaborates with physicians and facility leaders to drive clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent service experience to patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within six months if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• 3–5 years progressive care management experience in a hospital, surgery center or related facility.
• At least 1 year leading and/or managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking; ability to lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning structures and processes to optimize organizational outcomes and staff development.
• Foster collaboration across physician, facility and organizational leaders.
• Oversee financial, human and material resources to align with strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure evidence-based nursing practice and quality outcomes across care delivery.
• Promote a professional practice environment and high standards of patient safety and service.
