Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides phlebotomy services at the designated site.
• Checks orders for appropriate specimens and completes lab slips.
• Obtains and records patient data and specimens using proper technique.
• Monitors supplies and maintains phlebotomy areas.
• Cleans toys and follows infection control guidelines.
