Outpatient Nurse Manager

Ascentist Healthcare – physician‑owned, patient‑focused surgical hospital with 4 operating rooms specializing in pain management, GI, orthopedic, and spine procedures.

In this role you’ll lead our exceptional surgical nursing team with energy, empathy, and excellence. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations in pre‑op, OR, PAT, and recovery, and keeping our workflows smooth and patients safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the OR, pre/post, and PAT units with an emphasis on patient safety and efficiency
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across surgical services
• Build strong working relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, education, and performance management

Job Type: Full‑time

Locations: Ascentist Hospital

Salary Range: Negotiable
