Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the OR, Pre/Post, and PAT units with an emphasis on patient safety and efficiency
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across surgical services

Job Type: Full‑time

Locations: Ascentist Hospital / Ascentist HOPD - Leawood, KS

Salary Range: Negotiable
final compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, approx. 40hrs a week

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of OR experience and minimum of 2 years in leadership
