Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Nurse to process specimens and provide outpatient medication and treatment services for those with opioid use disorder. Under supervision, administer medications, assist providers, and maintain records in the clinic’s EHR system.

The role requires travel to CMS sites and the prison as needed, valid license (LPN/RN), CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Benefits include sick pay and a 401K match for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to travel to CMS sites.
• Valid driver's license and MVR clearance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by CMS providers.
• Monitors patient status and responds to adverse reactions.
• Collects vital signs, specimens, and urine samples.
• Maintains accurate client records in the EHR system.
• Delivers medications to external facilities.
• Maintains medication inventory and supports clinic operations.
