Job summary

This full-time APP position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Sedalia-based primary care office setting with emphasis on prevention and community access to care.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field; Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
• Current RN license in Ohio and certified as Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty; APRN license in Ohio.
• BLS provider certification; DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages care and treatment of patients within standards and protocols.
• Develops comprehensive care plan with patient/family per guidelines.
• Works within a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Initiates and leads performance improvement activities to achieve top clinical indicators.
