Job summary
Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in primary care for the Gahanna or New Albany offices. This full-time APP role concentrates on patient-centered care across the lifespan, with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in science, nursing or a related field.
- Graduate of an Advanced Practice Practitioner program.
- Current Ohio RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses; APN certification in specialty.
- BLS certification and DEA license.
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized, self-directed professional.
- Ideally 2+ years of APP experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages the care and treatment of patients per scope and protocols.
- Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family.
- Practices within Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
- Initiates and leads performance improvement activities focused on clinical indicators.
