Job summary
Mount Carmel Health System in Groveport, Ohio seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy primary care practice. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan with emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care.

Qualifications
- Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
- Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
- Current RN license in Ohio and APRN license in designated specialty.
- BLS provider certification and DEA license.
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages care and treatment of patients as indicated in scope and protocols.
- Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family per guidelines.
- Practices within Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
- Initiates and leads performance improvement activities focused on clinical indicators.
