Job summary

MVHC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Adult Health Team in Zanesville, OH. This is a part-time, 100% outpatient position with no on-call requirements, offering a collaborative environment with physicians, RNs, LPNs and social workers.

Requirements include MS in Nursing or PA Studies, NP certification or PA license in Ohio, CPR, and 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; DOT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• NP Certification or Ohio PA license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• DOT Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrates actions contributing to safety and infection control.
• Performs documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Coordinates daily rounds with physicians.
• Follows MVHC policies and procedures.
