Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Michigan. You will provide one-on-one rehabilitative care, develop personalized treatment plans, and regularly re-assess progress with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques.
• Strong communication skills in verbal/written interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safe procedures.
• Duties require standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve outcomes.
