Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Level 11 Physical Therapist for our Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation outpatient clinic in Holly, MI. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and focuses on one-on-one, functional rehabilitation within a collaborative team.

You will evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust treatments, coordinate with families and care teams, and contribute to improving patient outcomes in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a professional setting.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
