Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an Associate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient neurology team in Gresham, Oregon. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with diverse neurological diagnoses, aiming to improve mobility and independence.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience and an accredited PT degree, with current Oregon licensure and BLS certification. This is a full-time, day-shift position.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT from an accredited PT program.
• Oregon PT license required upon hire.
• License in states where care is delivered.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Specialized PT experience may be required for certain departments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide professional consultations and education to patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients in achieving maximum independence based on functional abilities and rehabilitation potential.
