Job summary

Providence Gresham Square is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient neurology services. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with diverse neuro conditions, tailoring plans to maximize independence and function, and collaborating with the care team.

This is a full-time day-shift position on-site in Gresham, OR. Candidates must hold an Oregon PT license and meet BLS requirements; degrees include DPT, MS, or BS in PT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT from an accredited PT program
• Oregon Physical Therapist license required at hire
• Licensure in states where care is delivered as applicable
• BLS certification from American Heart Association at hire
• Occasional specialized PT training may be required to meet dept. needs

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to maximize independence
