The Physical Therapist will manage and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering each patient's individual physical and age-related needs.

The position requires strong patient evaluation and treatment skills, along with the ability to provide professional consultations and individualized care to help patients achieve maximum independence based on their functional abilities and rehabilitation potential.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, or
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, or
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Specialized physical therapy training may occasionally be required to meet a particular department need.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License – required upon hire.

• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association – required upon hire.
