Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, DC, or Virginia licensure as deemed necessary for location.
• American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services, explains findings to patient and family, and sets goals with patient/family.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient needs; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
• Manages schedule, productivity, and professional conduct to ensure access to care.
• Mentors students and assists with orientation of staff and volunteers.
