• Provide evaluation services including history review, assessments, and documentation of results.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient presentation; consult with other professionals as needed.
• Complete discharge planning and follow-up care with clear documentation of patient care progress.
• Maintain an accurate schedule and a productive work pace; ensure frictionless patient access to care.
• Assist with orientation, mentoring of staff, students, and volunteers.
