Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in MD/DC/VA as deemed necessary for location.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides evaluation services and documents results, discusses plan with patient and family.
• Implements treatment protocols and adapts plans as patient condition changes.
• Completes discharge planning and accurate documentation of care activities.
• Manages schedule, meets productivity expectations and ensures patient access to care.
• Pursues continuing education and may mentor students and staff.
