Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan with safe transfers.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans and discharge goals based on patient progress.
• Educate patients, families and care teams using clear teaching methods.
• Document evaluations and plans of care per policy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to optimize outcomes and safety.
• Supervise COTA and rehab technicians and provide feedback.
