Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages; design and implement a plan of care.
• Demonstrate safe body mechanics and proper patient transfers.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about treatment goals and outcomes.
• Document evaluations and plans of care in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and supervise support personnel.
