Intermountain Healthcare in Grand Junction, Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver outpatient clinic care using the nursing process and collaboration with the physician-led team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary colleagues, and educate patients and families. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am–5:30 pm, with no call, evenings, weekends, or holidays at 2635 N 7th Street, 4th Floor.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN must be obtained within five years for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Manual dexterity to operate complex equipment and perform procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social and psychological status of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care and education for patients and families.
• Lead the care team through delegation and collaboration.
• Document accurately and timely; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
