Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse to join our outpatient care team in Minnesota. This 1.0 FTE position offers day shifts (8-hour) 7:00am-3:30pm, a 40-hour week, and no weekend duties, with opportunities to float to Lakeville, Bandana Square, and Coon Rapids locations and mileage reimbursement.

As a professional nurse, you will lead assessment, planning and evaluation of care, collaborate with the health care team, and support patient and family education in a specialized outpatient

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license required; MN license (and WI if applicable) may be required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and collect data.
• Diagnose and update nursing diagnoses with patient and team.
• Develop and implement care plans with patient and family.
• Coordinate and evaluate patient care across units.
• Lead in quality improvement and collaboration.

Education
