Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Licensed in Missouri.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to outpatient clients.
• Therapy may include crisis screening, outreach, and brief interventions.
• Maintain clinical records to state and national standards with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case staff meetings, and in-service trainings.
• Provide consultation and education to community stakeholders (police, schools, medical offices, etc.).
• Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies.
• Maintain a professional code of ethics at all times.
• Complete daily schedule and carelogic alerts promptly.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews.
