Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Massachusetts is seeking licensed mental health professionals for full-time roles across Foxborough/Mansfield. You will assess mental health functioning, develop and review treatment plans, coordinate with families and schools, and provide world-class care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) or on path to licensure; pre-licensed candidates welcome.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff as needed.
• Participate in community outreach and referral partnership development.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).
• Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
