Qualifications

• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
• LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or on the path to licensure (pre-licensed applicants welcome)

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning and diagnose
• Create and implement treatment plans and reviews
• Submit session documentation per guidelines
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff
• Engage in community outreach and referral development
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Possibility to supervise other clinicians for fully licensed therapists
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week (full-time)

Responsibilities Include:

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus!
