Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough seeks a licensed LMHC to provide and supervise outpatient therapy. You will diagnose, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with families and schools while supporting a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure is required.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans and case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set professional boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation and service records.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning and diagnose; create and review treatment plans.

Responsibilities Include:

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW)
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus!
