Qualificações

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least age 23, maintain a valid verifiable driver license and clear driving record.
• Knowledge in mental health service provision to be attained within six months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess consumers for areas of deficit as determined by the DLA-20.
• Instruct patients on how to improve abilities in deficit areas.
• Demonstrate and assist consumer in performing tasks to evaluate comprehension.
• Educate patient on continuing to implement acquired skills.
• Maintain institutional policies, quality assurance, safety and infection control standards.
• Recognize crisis elements and deescalate or resolve situations.
• Collaborate with supervisor to engage patients and set up for success.
• Collaborate with treatment team and provide feedback on patient status.
