Job summary

Under the supervision of licensed providers, you will manage room setup, EMR documentation in PowerChart, and patient education. Certification in BLS or equivalent is required, with CMA/RMA/NCMA credentials considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/NCMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, collect specimens and assist with exams.
• Assist physicians with procedures and patient setup.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and dispose of biohazard waste.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR (PowerChart).
• Provide education and emotional support to patients throughout visits.
