Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Substance Use Counselor for its Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program. You will provide individual and group counseling to support recovery from opioid use disorder.

Washington SUDP or SUDPT is required; HS minimum with relevant degree preferred. Competitive hourly pay, early morning hours, and growth opportunities are offered within Acadia Healthcare’s network.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social or health services fields preferred
• Degree from an accredited college or university required
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with MAT (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone)
• Experience with individual and group counseling
• Knowledge of CBT, MI, relapse prevention
• Documentation of patient care in line with regulations
• Familiarity with state/federal guidelines (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA)
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group counseling
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient recovery
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed
• Ensure timely and clear documentation of patient care and incidents
• Prepare individual treatment plans for assigned patients
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments
• Evaluate patient needs and referrals to other programs
• May plan for aftercare for assigned patients
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Perform case management duties ensuring quality care
• Act as liaison between referral sources and patients
