Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Minnesota is seeking a versatile Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to manage patient flow and support clinicians in an outpatient setting. You will handle clinical intake, administer routine procedures, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The candidate will adapt to infants through geriatrics, collaborating with supervisors and providers to deliver high-quality patient care and a seamless clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• MA or RMA program graduate with clinical experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Active State LPN/PN license and BLS for LPN path.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Intake & Patient Care: Manage patient flow, rooming, vitals, histories, and exam prep.
• Medications & Admin: Administer immunizations, injections, and provider-directed meds.
• Laboratory & Specimen Collection: Phlebotomy and in-office lab testing.
• Clinic Operations & Administrative Support: Front desk, referrals, prior authorizations, inventory.
