Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking Medical Assistants and LPNs to support patient care and clinic operations in Minnesota. The role combines clinical tasks with administrative duties, collaborating with providers and the healthcare team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a recognized MA program or RMA, and current BLS. LPN license (MN) and BLS are required. Benefits and growth opportunities are included in this permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED – Required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or qualifying RMA program – Required.
• Current BLS certification – Required.
• Active Minnesota LPN/PN license – Required.
• Current BLS certification – Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and assist providers with patient care.
• Room patients and perform clinical intake.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic lab testing.
• Provide telephone and front-desk support as needed.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and X-ray duties when appropriately qualified.
• Order and stock supplies.
• Communicate patient concerns and updates with the healthcare team.
