Job summary

AdventHealth Lake Mary in Florida is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to perform evaluations, document accurately, and participate in community outreach to build referrals. The role requires active PT licensure (PT, PT-TEMP) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Job Description: Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab Lake Mary 100 Waymont Court Lake Mary, FL 32746 May Travel to: AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab Altamonte 711 E Altamonte Dr. Suite 200Altamonte Springs, FL 3270 The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.

Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community. Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director
