Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist in Lake Mary, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients, assist in marketing to physicians to expand referrals, and participate in community education efforts. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, with licensure as PT or PT-TEMP required.

Expect a schedule Monday–Friday with potential travel to other AdventHealth locations. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available, and the pay range is competitive for the region.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Required licensure as Physical Therapist (PT) or PT-TEMP.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab Lake Mary 100 Waymont Court L ake Mary, FL 32746
• May Travel to: AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab Altamonte 711 E Altamonte Dr. Suite 200 Altamonte Springs, FL 3270
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and
• procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director
