Cape Fear Valley Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the CFV Vineland Family Medicine clinic in Whiteville, NC. You will provide nursing care under supervision, support clinic operations, and assist patients with various clinic functions.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care plan collaboration, medication administration, and accurate documentation while maintaining a safe environment. LPN licensure in NC or a compact state and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current LPN licensure in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and collaborate on the patient plan of care.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow the plan of care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and relevant patient care records.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and respond to life-threatening situations as needed.
• Support cost containment and accurate charging for patient services.
