Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the CFV Vineland Family Medicine clinic in Whiteville, NC. This full-time Day shift role supports ambulatory care in a primary care setting and works under the supervision of the office manager and physicians.

As an LPN, you will participate in patient assessments, administer medications as ordered, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the care team to implement patient plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current North Carolina LPN license or compact state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessment of patient.

• Follows care plans and provides direct nursing care.
