Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System is seeking an LPN for our Bladenboro clinic. You will provide nursing care under supervision of the office manager or physician and support clinic staff in daily functions.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, collaborating on care plans, administering medications as ordered, and maintaining accurate patient records to ensure quality care and patient safety in a community clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; NC LPN license or compact state licensure.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and contribute to the plan of care.
• Collaborate with health team on patient plan.
• Administer medication as ordered by physician.
• Maintain patient care records and ensure a safe environment.
